NX Tooling
It is a rich set of advanced applications that automate the process of creating injection moulds and dies. These applications allow the user to complete the task of designing parts and tooling in less time than using traditional CAD systems.
Mold & Die Wizard
The design process for injection moulds, electrodes and dies relies on the expertise of practitioners, which is implemented in the software's various functions. The application guides you step-by-step through the entire tool creation process, enhancing the capabilities and efficiency of the designer.

The NX system is based on Parasolid, which is a standard modelling framework used in many different CAD/CAM/CAE systems. NX system users can work based on native formats of various CAD systems or use translation through neutral formats.

The NX system offers very advanced functionalities that allow the creation of very large assemblies. It is therefore ideal for designing all kinds of tooling.
Easy and quick data update
Full associativity between the product model and the tooling needed to manufacture it can ensure that data is updated quickly and accurately. When the tooling design is dynamically linked to the part or whole product model, the tooling model can be automatically updated when the product design changes.
Systemic approach to modelling
The conceptual modeling capabilities of the NX system standardize design practices and enable instant creation of different variations. They transform the product creation process based on the design of individual components into a systemic engineering approach.
Simulation
This easy-to-use kinematic analysis function can be used to visualise and check the movement of a mechanism. In addition, the NX system offers a wide range of tools for carrying out stress analyses, which optimises the operation of the entire assembly.

This is an independent licence for the analysis of non-linear developments using CAE calculations.

This is a high-performance roughing machining of solid material, which can reduce machining time by up to 80%. The key is a constant clamping angle, large depth of cut and dynamic feeds.
