We are the largest Polish supplier of NX Mold (over 90%), packages for supporting the design of injection moulds and electrodes. We have published the first Polish book for designing moulds in NX and developed FCPK Bytów libraries.
NX Mold makes it possible to model an element in NX CAD or import a model, conduct technological analysis of the moulded part and simulate the injection process, create a parametric 3D model of the mould, 2D assembly and manufacturing documentation and electrode models.

Design with NX Mold
NX Mold is an integrated solution that enables efficient design of injection moulds, castings, thanks to application of the most modern tools and construction technologies. NX Mold provides access to a knowledge base developed in the form of parts libraries, which can be used at any stage of design. Combining a powerful CAD environment with a module that automates mould design, NX Mold can easily cope with very complex geometries.
Thanks to its specialised structure, NX Mold guides the user step by step through all design stages. It ensures flexibility of work and minimises the possibility of making mistakes. It allows for a quick control of the entire project, from the static collision check to the full kinematic simulation of the mould.
Fast, flexible and efficient design
NX Mold allows you to use the existing designs to create new moulds. Thanks to the possibility of fast model change, the tool design time is reduced by half.
Problem-free work with data from other CAD systems
Owing to the available synchronous modelling technology, NX Mold allows in a very fast way to make necessary changes in the model in order to improve its technological performance. The imported model may be "processed" by, for example, removing radii, thickening walls, adding angles, scaling, etc.
Advanced technological analyses
NX Mold gives the user a number of proven analyses that allow: precise search for vertical walls, walls with too small an angle, places where sliders or oblique inserts should be used, simulation of injection, etc. Analysis results are easy to read as they are presented in HD3D, a visual report with graphical references.
Extensive database of standardized parts
The NX Mold package includes a number of libraries of standardized parts from global manufacturers such as HASCO, DME, MEUSBURGER, STRACK. Thanks to the open structure, the implemented libraries can be freely added and edited. To NX Mold we add part databases of our native producer FCPK Bytów developed by CAMdivision.
Automation of 2D drawing documentation creation
NX Mold allows for a significant acceleration of work related to flat drawings (documentation). It creates automatic lists of parts, manages drawing properties, gives model dimensions, creates projections and sections automatically, generates ejector lists, creates automatic dimensions, etc.
NX Mold Features
NX Mold enables you to apply a proven way of designing moulds, reflecting the real approach of the designer making the tooling. It provides a structured way of work repeatable with every tool. Thanks to high efficiency, it allows to reduce by almost a half the time needed for designing in comparison to traditional methods.
NX Mold, which includes advanced modelling tools, allows to quickly prepare a model in terms of technology, thanks to the ground breaking synchronous technology. In addition, it includes a rich set of surface tools for quick geometry repair. NX Mold offers the designer tools allowing to deform parts in order to give anti-shape on details showing a tendency to warp.
A great strength of the tools included in NX Mold are the analyses performed for each design stage. First, analyses can be performed to check the correctness of geometry, angle values, wall thicknesses, number of undercuts and minimum radii. Secondly, NX Mold allows you to analyse the adhesion of moulding parts to each other. In the last step, the design tools detect collisions, both assembly ones and those occurring during the tool's operation.
NX Mold guides the user through the necessary steps that allow to create divisions quickly and of good quality. The tools allow you to automatically make blanking surfaces in the places of reforming. When making main parting surfaces, NX Mold automatically selects strategies for creating surfaces depending on the shape of the edge and its course.
Material feed channels
The NX Mold package includes the libraries of main channels and slots. The designer, defining the path of the material feed channel, obtains ready models without the necessity of their manual creation. A wide variety of conduits eliminates the necessity of their labour-consuming modelling.
Thanks to a well-thought-out structure, NX Mold enables quick analysis of the model after the changes. When comparing solids, NX Mold marks the walls that have changed. Thanks to the possibility of mapping walls and edges, it is possible to replace a detail in the mould structure without losing previously modelled divisions and other operations.

NX Solid & Surface
NX Mold contains advanced commands for solid and surface modelling. It enables you to perform operations ranging from the creation of simple extrusions through stylistic parting surfaces to advanced surface deformation.
It is a special module for the valuation of tooling, e.g. injection moulds on the basis of a 3D model.
These are tools for creating technical and workshop documentation in 2D.
NX Electrode Design
It is a special module for creating electrodes in the NX CAD environment.
NX Easy Fill
In terms of injection moulding analysis, NX Mold uses the solutions offered by Moldex software. NX Mold includes a basic surface analysis of the injection moulding (melt flow), which can be extended by several additional analyses (tie bar distribution, temperature, cooling time, etc.).
NX Easy Fill Advanced
For more advanced users, NX Mold offers extensive injection moulding analysis (3D analysis), which includes injection with material packing (with support). Easy Fill Advanced includes several dozen analyses meeting the expectations of more demanding users. In addition, each analysis is accompanied by flow charts.
Standard libraries (HASCO, DME, MEUSBURGER, STRACK), can be extended by Polish FCPK Bytów developed by CAMdivision.
NX Mold License Packages
NX Mold is expandable with additional licenses that enable you to perform, for example, advanced injection moulding analysis. NX licenses are permanent (perpetual), i.e. they do not expire after the expiry of maintenance.

It is a package of floating tools for mould design between other NX CAD stations.
NX Mold Design
A stand-alone NX CAD workstation together with the NX Mold Wizard mould design tools.
It is a module for the valuation of tooling, e.g. injection moulds and press tools on the basis of 3D geometry.
NX EasyFill Analysis - basic injection moulding analysis

NX EasyFill Analysis Advanced – advanced injection moulding analysis
