Moldex3D uses BLM technology to build a mesh of finite elements. The BLM 2.0 technology enables to stretch the mesh on a low quality geometry, detect and eliminate or even ignore errors.
The solvers used in the Moldex3D software can carry out calculations based on a low quality MES mesh, take into account the change to insert material properties resulting from a previous injection cycle or, in the case of composites with a filler, take into account the fiber length difference in cases when different filler types have been used.
